Punctuality Policy:

  • For students: Being late results in the forfeiture of those minutes. Moreover, students also lose minutes if they depart early.
  • For teachers: Teachers are only credited for half of the class time in the event of their late entry or when a class concludes early.

Cancellation Policy: Class cancellations that are approved are restricted to a maximum of 15 sessions per month and necessitate a minimum 30-minute notice. All reasons for absence, such as health problems, internet issues, power interruptions, attending parties, baby cries, etc., are included within these 15 sessions. Teachers have the choice to arrange makeup classes with students if they wish.

  • If a student cancels a session under 30 minutes, the student loses one session, and one session is credited to the teacher. Teachers are recommended to extend the following class by an extra 5-10 minutes.
  • If a teacher cancels a session under 30 minutes, the teacher incurs penalties for one session, and one session is credited to the student. It means the teacher is obliged to provide an additional session to the student at no cost.

Interruption Policy:

  • Student Interruption: If there is an interruption on the student's end between classes, and the ability to restore the connection immediately is not possible, the student will lose the entire session, counted against the teacher's record.
  • Teacher Interruption: In the event of an interruption on the teacher's end between classes, immediate re-entry may not be feasible.
    • If the interruption occurs within the first 20 minutes of the class, the entire session will be forfeited and not recorded in the teacher's report.
    • For interruptions lasting beyond the 20th minute, the class will only be counted once the teacher compensates by extending the next class by an additional 5 minutes.

  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Encourage student re-enrollment.

Note: Teachers must strictly adhere to these rules. Violations may result in financial penalties or contract termination.
